1. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting and utilizing the towing and roadside assistance services provided by Guillory's Towing LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Area and Limitations
Guillory's Towing LLC provides local towing and roadside assistance exclusively within our designated service areas in Southwest Louisiana. We do not provide:
- Interstate or out-of-state towing
- Long-distance towing outside our Louisiana service areas
- Towing into or out of Texas
- Accident-scene cleanup or law-enforcement accident clearing
3. Service Requests and Response Times
While we operate 24/7 and strive for rapid response times, any estimated time of arrival (ETA) provided by our dispatchers is an estimate only. Response times may vary based on traffic, weather conditions, active emergencies, and driver availability. We are not liable for any delays or consequences resulting from delayed arrival.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due in full at the time service is rendered or upon completion of the tow/roadside assistance. We accept cash, major credit cards, and debit cards. Failure to pay may result in your vehicle being held at a storage facility at your expense until payment is resolved, subject to applicable Louisiana laws.
5. Customer Responsibilities
When requesting service, you agree that:
- You are the legal owner of the vehicle or have authorized permission from the owner to request service.
- You will provide accurate location information and descriptions of the vehicle's condition.
- You will remove all personal valuables from the vehicle prior to towing. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items left inside the vehicle.
6. Limitation of Liability
Guillory's Towing LLC utilizes professional equipment and trained operators to ensure damage-free towing and assistance. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical failures, or damage resulting from the inherent risks of towing severely disabled, modified, or improperly maintained vehicles. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
7. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service if the situation is deemed unsafe for our operators, if the vehicle cannot be safely towed with our standard equipment, or if the customer exhibits abusive or threatening behavior.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
